We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Partner to join our team in Corporate Facilities at Novo Nordisk A/S. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the agenda on Health and Safety and collaborating across the organization to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Health and Safety strategies and initiatives to reduce risks and improve compliance
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to management and employees on Health and Safety matters
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address identified hazards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement Health and Safety policies and procedures
  • Monitor and report on Health and Safety performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Relevant master's degree and specific courses in Health and Safety or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a Health and Safety role, preferably in a large global organization
  • Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
