Global Industry Manager

At Universal Robots, we're seeking an experienced professional to drive growth and success in our logistics automation industry. As a Global Industry Manager, you'll be responsible for defining and executing the segment go-to-market strategy, working closely with marketing and sales leadership to drive business development programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation

  • Develop and deploy segment go-to-market plans and activities
  • Lead program implementation for business development programs within market segment
  • Drive sales cadence process for market segment
  • Collaborate with markets, business development, and other resources to support market segment and account team needs

Executing the Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy

  • Facilitate account management sessions with regional sales and key focus accounts
  • Review and interpret key accounts financial performance, pipeline reporting, and analysis
  • Lead strategic discussions with UR+ Partner Ecosystem and UR Channel organization
  • Connect ecosystem to relevant insights and thought leadership

Pursuits and Opportunity Management

  • Monitor CRM tools and drive actions as needed
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to provide pursuit support for the industry

About You

We're looking for candidates with 15+ years of experience in the automation/logistics industry, with a strong track record of delivering results in sales, business development, or industry leadership roles. You should be able to work independently, have strong executive presence, leadership skills, and the ability to influence others.
