About You

You are an experienced People Partner with a passion for empowering talent to thrive in fast-paced and innovative environments. You will be a key member of the Subscription leadership teams, acting as a trusted advisor to both senior leaders and employees.

You enjoy working across diverse teams and taking a hands-on approach to people development, driving results that align with organizational growth.

Your Experience:

">
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.">
  • 4+ years of experience in a strategic HR role, ideally working with high-growth teams in a start-up/scale-up environment.">
  • Proven track record in people development, coaching, and performance management.">
  • Experience implementing engagement and well-being initiatives across diverse teams.">
  • Expertise in employee relations and conflict resolution.">
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.">
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.">
  • A hands-on, execution-driven approach—you get things done.">
  • A passion for podcasts, audio content, media, and entertainment is a plus.">
