About the Position
This role will focus on optimizing production planning and maintenance execution in our API M1 facility. As a key member of our operations team, you will work closely with colleagues across functions to drive business outcomes and enhance employee engagement.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement production plans that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production execution.
- Identify and mitigate potential bottlenecks to optimize production processes.
- Prepare and present production scenarios to inform strategic decision-making.
- Lead and coach the planning team to achieve high performance standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in production planning and management in a pharmaceutical industry setting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to engage employees and stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Danish skills or willingness to learn are advantageous.
