About the Job

We seek a dedicated Senior Specialist in Corporate Strategy to join our Corporate Development team. As a key member of this team, you will work closely with senior management, contributing to the development and execution of key initiatives that drive our company's growth and success.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to participate in and drive some of the core tasks in our Corporate Strategy Office:

  • Strategy Development: Participate in preparing and developing our Group Strategy, including follow-up on our Strategic objectives.
  • Strategy Sparring and Facilitation: Support Executive Management Group (EMG) and Corporate Development Leadership team in framing and solving strategic challenges, including analysis and preparing executive presentations for decision-making.
  • Strategy Execution Governance: Develop, maintain, and drive our Annual Strategy Wheel to ensure predictability for senior management and clear interfaces with Financial Planning.
  • Strategic Projects: Drive and participate in high-priority Strategic projects across Orifarm, such as assessing existing or new Strategic Business areas or our Manufacturing Footprint.

In this role, you will report to the Head of Strategy Office & Project Portfolio Management, Emil Kjersgaard Bloch-Sørensen.
