External Financial Reporting Specialist

Responsibilities
- Financial Statement Preparation: You will be responsible for preparing your assigned section of the consolidated Financial Statements (Annual Report and Interim Report).
- Reporting, Budgeting, and Forecasting: Participate in monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Data Analysis and Performance Improvement: Generate actionable insights from data and drive performance through effective target setting and collaboration with stakeholders including management.
- Process Optimization: Support and implement changes and best practice in accounting policies, take part in cross-functional projects aimed at standardising processes, optimising workflows, automating tasks, and improving data quality and compliance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and sustain strong relationships with our global stakeholders to support collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have 3+ years of demonstrable experience in analysing financial data to support decision-making preferably in a large global manufacturing organisation. A proven track record of managing financial processes efficiently and delivering results in a highly collaborative setting is essential. You should also possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to translate financial data into actionable insights to support decision-making in a relevant and understandable way for a non-finance audience.
