Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of risk professionals to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Maintain a robust risk management framework to ensure ongoing compliance
  • Ensure that all risk management activities are aligned with the company's overall strategy

Qualifications and Experience

  • Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field such as finance, accounting, or risk management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management, operational risk, audit, or other related control functions
  • Demonstrated knowledge of banking industry regulations (e.g., AML, sanctions, anti-corruption, privacy, and operational risk)
  • Fluent in Finnish and English (knowledge of Swedish or Norwegian is a bonus)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
