Arla Foods amba is embarking on an ambitious growth journey over the next five years, and we are seeking a Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our European NRM Centre of Excellence, you will play a vital role in driving digital transformation across our commercial area in European markets.
You will be responsible for working with the wider NRM community to optimize processes and codify the ways of working across the European Zone as well as international markets. You will partner with local & global senior stakeholders to develop and execute holistic plans that drive a sustainable balance of volume, price, and mix growth using outputs from NRM processes.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years of experience from a commercial role in an FMCG company, in e.g. NRM, sales, category, marketing or finance, or management consulting background. You have P&L knowledge as well as knowledge of pricing disciplines and tools. You have a university degree in business administration/finance/economics/statistics, or similar, combined with strong IT skills (PowerPoint and Excel).
We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- Highly numerate with excellent problem-solving skills – a growth mindset looking to find and implement solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities simultaneously.
- Independence in thinking and framing problems, and the ability to utilize data from various sources to provide insights necessary for making data-driven decisions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to resolve difficult situations.
