We're on the hunt for a talented Business & Pricing Analyst to join our Commercial Trade team. As a key player in our pricing strategy, you'll work closely with stakeholders across various departments to drive growth and maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pricing Optimization: Develop and implement data-driven pricing strategies to enhance profitability across multiple markets and channels.
  • Governance & Communication: Manage the governance of price changes and ensure effective communication with key stakeholders.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Create comprehensive weekly and monthly reports, delivering actionable insights that drive revenue growth.
  • Market Expansion: Partner with our Franchise team and local partners to maintain competitive pricing as we expand into new markets.
  • Margin Protection: Utilize your analytical skills to identify and prevent margin leakage across product categories.
  • Product Life Cycle Management: Optimize profitability, inventory turnover, and cash flow for campaign products.
What We're Looking For:
  • Educational Background: A master's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in an analytical role, ideally within pricing or retail.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Technical Proficiency: Excellent Excel skills and the ability to create compelling presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Business Acumen: A deep understanding of business principles and a bias towards data-driven decision-making.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is necessary to ensure accuracy in pricing models, reports, and analysis.
  • Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing market conditions and internal dynamics.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
