At 3Shape A/S, we're seeking a skilled Digital Project Manager to join our Activation and Omnichannel team in Global Marketing. This is a unique opportunity to project manage global marketing automation developments and activities supporting our business goals.

We're looking for a self-driven, structured, and collaborative candidate to oversee the planning, scoping, and alignment of technical and coherent customer lifecycle projects. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with stakeholders across various departments, including Product and Event Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Customer Success, and Advocacy.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing marketing automation projects that support our business objectives, such as commercial reach roll-out, new channel implementation, and platform integrations.
  • Designing, planning, and ensuring the implementation of digital initiatives like retention programs, product launch activation, and digital sales initiatives.
  • Collaborating with relevant business units to design engaging customer lifecycle flows and trigger communication, ensuring coherency in direct customer communication across digital and personal channels.
  • Implementing marketing consent activities and ensuring legal alignments across markets.
  • Creating and following up on the planning for the Marketing Automation Team to optimize resources and deliver high-quality results.
  • Managing stakeholders and cooperating with supporting teams to ensure activity alignment locally.
  • Reporting on activities and KPIs, preparing presentations for stakeholders and management.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in marketing automation, understand the customer lifecycle, and excel at planning and managing activities while maintaining an overview of all tasks. A proactive, solution-oriented attitude and excellent stakeholder management skills are also essential.

In exchange for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary ranging from **€80,000 to €120,000 per annum**, depending on qualifications and performance. Additionally, you'll enjoy benefits such as:
