As a key member of our flight operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of passengers and cargo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Boeing 737 aircraft (737 NG/MAX) on regional and short-haul flights in compliance with EASA/ICAO/FAA regulations.
- Conduct pre-flight planning and briefings, evaluating weather conditions, fuel requirements, and airport procedures.
- Ensure clear communication with air traffic control (ATC) and airline dispatch teams to ensure flight efficiency and passenger safety.
- Monitor aircraft performance, flight systems, and in-flight adjustments to maintain optimal operations.
- Work closely with First Officers and flight crew, ensuring proper Crew Resource Management (CRM) practices.
- Adhere to airline standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements for short-haul operations.
Requirements:
- Valid ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot Licence) recognised by EASA, FAA, or ICAO.
- Minimum 5,000 total flight hours, including 2,500+ hours on Boeing 737 aircraft (737 NG/MAX).
- Current Boeing 737 type rating.
- Strong understanding of short-haul and regional operations, including European airspace and airport procedures.
- Fluency in English (ICAO Level 5 or higher); additional European languages are a plus.
