About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Governance Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Danske Bank. As a key member of our Governance team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our governance frameworks across Personal Customers, Business Customers, and Large Corporates & Institutions segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects aimed at streamlining risk and product governance frameworks.
  • Support the facilitation of various Product & Risk Committees and decision-making forums.
  • Develop and implement sustainable risk governance processes and documentation practices.
  • Provide expert advice on risk and product governance to diverse stakeholders.
  • Implement internal governance policies effectively, focusing on simplicity and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • A foundational understanding of the financial sector is highly beneficial for this role.
  • Experience in risk, compliance, governance, or related areas is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with operational risk management or Enterprise Risk Management frameworks is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of a Scandinavian language is a bonus.
  • Are comfortable in utilizing GenAI and AI with a keen interest in exploring new IT-tools.
