Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Customer Success team as a Customer Success Coach. As a key contact for our customer accounts, you will write the blueprint of success for each individual account. Your day-to-day work will involve total ownership of the Onboarding and ongoing relationship building with our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. You will be the primary point of contact for our customer accounts.
  2. You will own the Onboarding process for new customers.
  3. You will use data to provide consultation on vessel performance.
  4. You will gather feedback from our clients to share organization-wide.

What We're Looking For
  • A strong understanding of the shipping industry.
