Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Customer Success team as a Customer Success Coach. As a key contact for our customer accounts, you will write the blueprint of success for each individual account. Your day-to-day work will involve total ownership of the Onboarding and ongoing relationship building with our customers.
Your Key Responsibilities
- You will be the primary point of contact for our customer accounts.
- You will own the Onboarding process for new customers.

What We're Looking For
- A strong understanding of the shipping industry.
- Experience in naval architecture, machinery systems, sailing, technical operations, and maritime trade.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
