Job Description
As our Project Coordinator focused on youth entrepreneurship, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and facilitating GAME's entrepreneurship activities and approaches in Jordan. You will work closely with project partners around project implementation, strategic development and the achievement of targets/milestones. Your responsibilities will include program management, event management, and aligning with other relevant stakeholders within entrepreneurship and financing of start-ups.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant projects, organizations or fields. You should have experience working on youth related employability issues in the region, and a deep understanding of the barriers and challenges faced by youth in accessing and securing (self-) employment. Experience within youth entrepreneurship programs, incubation programs or initiatives accessing external financing is an advantage. Additionally, you will need to have successful experience in program development and building relationships with various stakeholders. A relevant degree or other relevant education is required, as well as fluency in English and Arabic.
