Technical Program Manager

ATLANT 3D Nanosystems ApS is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead projects that push the boundaries of semiconductor thin film process equipment. As a key member of our team, you will guide a talented group of engineers and scientists, ensuring seamless integration of theory, innovation, and practical application.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development of nanofabrication manufacturing systems, overseeing projects from conception to market release.
  2. Coordinate cross-functional teams of engineers in various disciplines.
  3. Drive manufacturing and sourcing strategies, including planning and execution of build events.
  4. Act as the primary liaison with vendors and partners, aligning program objectives with daily operations.
  5. Develop and implement processes to enhance product integrity and project efficiency.
  6. Contribute to product roadmap, go-to-market strategies, and proposal development.

Requirements

  • Minimum BS degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.), Physics, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
  • Proven track record in leading complex hardware product development.
  • 3+ years experience in managing design and development projects from concept to production.
  • Experience in manufacturing thin film deposition equipment or related technologies environment.
  • Experience with Prince2, PMI PMP, Agile methodologies, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with mechanical and electrical standards (e.g., IEEE, CE, UL, SEMI).
