Digital Marketing Strategist

As a company continuously evolving, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to drive our digital growth efforts.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our paid advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field, with a proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns. This role involves collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager to refine our advertising strategy, focusing on Google Paid and expanding into platforms like Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Develop, manage, and optimise paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, etc.)
2. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create and implement a data-driven digital marketing strategy to boost revenue and brand presence
3. Analyse campaign performance regularly, providing insights and actionable recommendations to improve ROI
4. Ensure optimal return on investment (ROI) by applying best practices and ongoing adjustments
5. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in digital marketing to maintain a competitive edge
6. Assist in developing ad creatives and targeting strategies tailored to each platform and audience

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
• Drive and passion for optimisation and achieving measurable results
• A strong analytical mindset with a commercial flair
• Master-level education (e.g., economics, marketing, mathematics) preferred, though we also welcome career changers with relevant experience
• Proven experience in optimising campaigns to meet specific goals (e.g., conversions, traffic, awareness)
• Solid mastery of digital marketing principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, A/B testing, and bid management
• Excellent communication skills, with English at a high level and basic understanding of Danish
• Knowledge and experience with other platforms such as YouTube and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok

Bonus Skills:

• Experience in the action sports industry or e-commerce
• Familiarity with international market dynamics
• Understanding of the latest trends in performance marketing and digital advertising

This position is based at our headquarters. While we expect the person to work primarily on-site, we offer flexibility, allowing for partial remote work when necessary.
