About the Role
- Our team is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Team Leader to oversee medical enquiries and provide strategic input into clinical trials and research activities.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and respond to complex medical enquiries in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring consistency with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute clinical trial strategies, including initiation and oversight of clinical studies.
- Support country strategy for Non-Interventional Studies and Investigator-Initiated Trials, ensuring alignment with global goals.
- Coordinate review and approval of medical materials, including promotional materials, to ensure local relevance and compliance with regulations.
- Provide medical insights to support business growth, including pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, market access, and commercial teams.
- Identify and assess risks, develop mitigation plans, and implement controls within the area of responsibility.
- Ensure timely reporting of technical complaints, adverse events, and special case scenarios related to Novartis products.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Medical Affairs from the Pharma industry.
- Education: Life Sciences Degree.
- Proficient in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Project Management skills are essential.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement abilities.
