About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Operations Specialist to join our team at ABB A/S. As a key member of our Energy Industries division, you will play a critical role in delivering complete software solutions across energy-related industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Energy Industries division in delivering software solutions to a wide range of customers, including those in renewable energy, conventional power generation, fuels and petrochemical production, and water and wastewater distribution and processing.
- Partner with product managers, business stakeholders, and champion super users to continually evaluate business processes, define process improvements, and enhance data quality.
- Own and improve sales tools and training programs, enabling trackable learning and engagement while developing and promoting sales collateral and promotional materials globally.
- Support and coordinate product commercialization activities related to product releases, ensuring alignment with PAEN business product management processes.
- Drive key initiatives, such as net promoter score assessments and various process improvement projects.
- Generate visibility for software products and services by owning and improving product data for opportunity tracking.
- Be our team's Salesforce and data analytics champion, completing related tasks with precision and expertise.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technically relevant field, with over five years of experience in CRM, mastering Salesforce administration.
- Deep understanding of best practices in sales operations, coupled with basic knowledge of PowerBI.
- Proven track record of partnering with product organizations to create and deliver impactful sales tools and training.
- Growth mindset, combined with a servant-leader approach, making you a careful, empathetic listener who empowers others to succeed.
- Persistence and ability to build credibility quickly with customers and internal stakeholders.
