LEAN Project Manager

About the Role

Vestas is seeking a highly skilled LEAN Project Manager to join our team in Aarhus, Denmark. As a key member of our Operational Excellence team, you will play a critical role in the deployment and implementation of the LEAN concept in Onshore and Offshore projects within NCE CPX.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement LEAN project plans to drive process improvements and cost reductions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery and stakeholder alignment.
  • Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Identify and analyze opportunities for improvement and develop corresponding innovation methods.

Requirements

  • Strong background in production, mechanical engineering, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in leading transformations with a focus on employee well-being.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to collaborate across cultures.
  • Strong leadership skills and managerial courage.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).
