We are seeking a highly skilled Meta Solutions Professional to join our team. As a Strategic Client Growth Manager, you will drive business growth and customer satisfaction by building and managing key relationships with top clients in the Danish Retail and eCommerce portfolio.
Main Responsibilities:- Client Account Management: Manage a portfolio of sophisticated top-accounts from the Danish Retail sector, while contributing to grow them strategically as their Meta consultant, and meeting demanding quarterly revenue, growth, and solutions adoption goals.
- Solution Development: In partnership with the Client Partner, identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners.
- Data Analysis and Insight: Use data and insights to guide the strategy and implementation of Meta's solutions.
- Client Education and Adoption: Serve as an external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and driving product adoption.
- Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Work and collaborate with diverse groups of internal cross-functional teams.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Guide the media, creative direction, and measurement strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against KPIs.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills, and the curiosity and hunger to learn in an ambiguous environment.
- Client Relationship Building: Demonstrated experience in successfully managing and growing a portfolio of clients/accounts within the online retail sector, and a proven track record of overachieving on revenue, growth and solution adoptions goals.
- Data Interpretation: Being comfortable with using data sets and analytics to detect performance patterns and translating them into comprehensive solutions and actionable insights.
- Digital Media Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of digital media platforms, advertising success metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, advertising technology, partnerships, CRM).
- Industry Experience: 5 years experience working within the retail or e-commerce sector with marketing.
