Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a highly skilled Medical Tenders Specialist to join our team in Denmark. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the success of our tender submissions and enhancing our market presence in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Tender Management: Oversee and analyze the entire tender process with a strong project management perspective, monitor the market to identify relevant tenders and ensure timely responses, and ensure timely and compliant tender submissions by coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Market Coordination: Manage the sales funnel in close collaboration with internal stakeholders, identify market trends and customer needs to support Account Managers in delivering value-driven solutions, and update and maintain the company's website and assist in administrative tasks related to market activities.
  3. Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, and SOPs, integrate corporate values into daily operations, and maintain high-quality standards in all activities.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Academic degree or equivalent diploma in a relevant field, minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the industry, and experience in Tender Management or Public Procurement is a plus.
  • Competencies: Accountability and action-oriented mindset, strong collaboration, problem-solving, and planning skills, financial acumen, and good communication and presentation abilities.
  • Technical Expertise: Knowledge of healthcare products, public tender regulations, and market dynamics, proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and digital communication tools, and understanding of e-health, data security, and digitalization.
