Your New Role

As a Student Assistant, you will be an integral part of an ambitious team responsible for key strategic priorities such as strategy development, operational transformation, mergers and acquisitions, annual business planning, executive agenda support, and ad-hoc tasks that are top of mind for Ramboll's Group Executive Board.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategic decisions
  • Conducting market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities and threats
  • Preparing compelling and professional presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations
  • Supporting the development of business cases and financial projections to drive strategic initiatives
  • Preparing and delivering materials to executive meetings to ensure informed decision-making
  • Preparing and facilitating meetings and workshops to foster collaboration and idea generation
  • Ensuring project plan and milestone deliveries in projects to meet deadlines and expectations

About You

You will have the ability to navigate complex environments, strong collaborative skills, and a willingness to deliver results as a team player. A strong drive is essential as we work in a fast-paced environment. You must also be comfortable working and interacting with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Relevant academic background: 3rd year bachelor's or ongoing Master-level degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Science, Engineering, or a related field of study from a leading university
  • International experience through previous positions or studies is also an advantage
  • Relevant part- or full-time experience from internships or other student positions is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Fluency in English (Danish is not required)
