At F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG, we're seeking a seasoned Project Implementation Consultant to drive the execution of large and small-scale laboratory solutions. As a key member of our Service Organization, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.

About the Role
  • You will lead and manage both large and small-scale end-to-end implementation projects for laboratories using globally recognized project management methodologies.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, while maintaining adherence to company and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones, aligning with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and resources.
  • Lead project teams to deliver project outcomes within specified timelines and budgets, monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster collaboration among team members, requesting necessary resources to meet project objectives.
