About the Department of Clinical Medicine

As a clinical professor and chair, you will be part of a large health science research department in Denmark. Our clinical research covers all medical specialties and takes place in close collaboration with the university hospital and regional hospitals in the Central Denmark Region. The department has overall responsibility for Master's degree programs in medicine and molecular medicine.

We are looking for a prominent clinical researcher with solid research and teaching qualifications at an international level. You should have shown ability to initiate and develop ways of improving and expanding the research of the specialty. Experience as a main PhD-student supervisor is also required.

Main tasks will include:

  • Leading research initiatives
  • Publication in top international journals
  • Communicating research through national and international academic networks
  • Engaging in departmental management
  • Disseminating research to the outside world
