The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Information Technology, with a focus on implementing applications. They will work closely with colleagues from Group IT, business units, and local offices across the world to deliver projects of varying sizes, complexity, and duration.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leading and executing global and cross-functional IT projects.
  2. Building detailed plans with milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
  3. Proactively managing scope, timeline, quality, budget, risks, issues, and actions.
  4. Cooperating with 3rd parties/external vendors to establish, maintain, and deliver according to a shared plan.
  5. Organizing, prioritizing, and delegating work; motivating team members to meet project goals.
  6. Communicating to different audiences across hierarchy levels.
  7. Acting as a strong sparring partner for stakeholders, team, and senior management.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience working as an IT Project Manager within an international IT company, preferably in both waterfall and agile IT environments.
  2. A degree in Computer Science, Business Information Technology, or similar.
  3. High execution power and drive to deliver on agreed strategies and roadmaps.
  4. Strategic mindset and strong analytical skills with a focus on business outcomes and complete solutions.
  5. Adept at prioritizing tasks to ensure effective deadlines.
  6. Strong collaboration skills across multiple levels and functions with both technical and business-minded colleagues.
  7. Able to encourage and motivate teams and peers, and facilitate improvements across Group IT.
  8. You are structured and able to keep focus on several things, while keeping a cool head.
  9. Social and contributing to a good team spirit, working in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Advanced communication skills in English.
