We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled plasma physicist to join our esteemed research team at DTU Physics. Job Description
As a plasma physicist at DTU Physics, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement novel experimental and theoretical approaches to study nonlinear wave physics, electron cyclotron heating waves, and Electron Bernstein Wave (EBW) heating. Your work will focus on validating existing models, developing new theoretical frameworks, and collaborating with international partners to advance the field of plasma physics.
About the Projects
The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on three exciting projects:

- This project focuses on investigating nonlinear wave physics using the newly constructed linear plasma device, PACE (Plasma Cavity Experiment), at the Technical University of Denmark.">
- This project involves designing and utilizing a Collective Thomson Scattering (CTS) diagnostic for fast-ion measurements on the Tokamak à Configuration Variable (TCV) at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne Swiss Plasma Center in Lausanne.">
- This project aims to develop theoretical models to quantify the effects of non-resonant stochastic heating and various nonlinear wave-plasma interactions related to EBW heating.">
