Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of IT & Business Systems to lead our technology strategy and operations. This is an exceptional opportunity for a visionary leader to shape the future of our company and drive business success through technology innovation.

About the Role:

As Head of IT & Business Systems, you will be responsible for developing and executing our technology strategy, managing our IT infrastructure and security, and driving digital transformation across the organization. You will work closely with our leadership team to ensure that technology aligns with our business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Technology Strategy and Operations: Develop and execute our technology strategy, including defining technical roadmaps, identifying opportunities for innovation, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage IT Infrastructure and Security: Oversee the management of our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, and security systems, to ensure optimal performance and minimize risk.
  • Drive Digital Transformation: Lead initiatives to transform our business through technology, including implementing new systems, processes, and tools to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster Collaboration and Innovation: Encourage collaboration across departments to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, and empower teams to develop and implement new ideas.

About You:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented leader with a strong track record of driving technology innovation and business growth. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to motivate and inspire teams. A degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred, as well as 8+ years of experience in IT management.
