Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales and Operations Manager to join our French FIT department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Tourism or Hospitality, with at least 1-2 years of experience.

The main function of this role will be to achieve profitable sales and/or operations of FIT tours by effectively planning and executing targeted itineraries.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate the best possible rates
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements:
