Job OverviewWe are currently seeking an experienced Area Retail Coordinator to join our team in North America. This role will be responsible for ensuring visual merchandising standards across multiple locations, driving consistency and compliance throughout our retail network.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure Brand Compliance: Guarantee that all Monobrand and Multibrand stores in North America adhere to Global VM and Store Design standards.
- Develop VM Execution: Collaborate with local Marketing teams and Global VM teams to develop brand-aligned visual display concepts where standards do not exist.
- Optimize Store Displays: Regularly review and improve store displays in all Monobrand and Multibrand stores to ensure maximum visibility and impact.
- Compliance and Training: Ensure sales and technical training standards are upheld across all locations.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with local store owners and managers to keep them informed of updates and changes.
- Schedule Planning: Create a recurring schedule for visiting all stores annually.
- Communication and Education: Communicate and educate VM updates to all partners and onboard newly recruited partners.
- Support and Reporting: Provide hands-on support with new store builds and store upgrades and make monthly reports on brand compliance to Headquarters.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Operational Visual Merchandising, Area Retail Management, or similar roles.
- Craftsmanship Skills: Strong skills in crafting and using various tools.
- Planning and Coordination: Ability to plan and coordinate work both long-term and day-to-day.
- Attention to Detail: Profound view for details and highly organized nature.
- Technical Skills: Adept skills in Microsoft 365.
- Travel and Communication: Willingness to travel frequently (1-2 weeks per month) and fluency in English, both written and verbal, with ability to communicate in Spanish considered an advantage.
You will primarily work out of New York offices while also enjoying exciting travels throughout North America.
