The Fashion Forum is seeking an accomplished Creative Design Lead to spearhead our design vision, driving the creative direction of our team and ensuring alignment with our brand identity and target audience.

Key Responsibilities:">
  1. Developing and overseeing the entire design process, from initial conception through production.
  2. Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to drive creativity and innovation.
  3. Staying informed on current trends and innovations within the fashion industry to inform design decisions.
  4. Maintaining a strong understanding of consumer behavior and brand positioning.
  5. Prioritizing and incorporating sustainable practices and materials in the design process.
  6. Acting as a strategic partner to the Design Manager on creative direction.
Requirements:">
  1. A degree in Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years' experience as a Creative Design Lead or similar role with an international womenswear brand.
  3. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software.
  4. Understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and fabric knowledge is valued but not a prerequisite.
  5. Fluency in English, written and spoken.
