About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of raw materials and packaging materials for our marketed products.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, select, and approve new suppliers for raw materials, process aids, single-use systems, and excipients in a project environment.
• Define and set correct requirements for suppliers, ensuring adherence to regulatory and industry standards.
• Negotiate and maintain quality agreements with suppliers.
• Participate in quality audits at suppliers worldwide, ensuring compliance to GMP and other regulations.
• Approve change requests and supplier-related deviations.

Requirements

• Hold a master's degree within pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrate hands-on QA experience from either the pharmaceutical or food production industry, ideally in a project environment.
• Showcase a strong quality mindset, along with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Display fluency in both written and spoken English.
