Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive plans to drive revenue growth and membership acquisition through effective marketing, sales, and retention strategies.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of personal training services, including programming, coaching, and education.
  3. Maintain a deep understanding of the Danish fitness market, staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
  4. Lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and teamwork within your team.
  5. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that enhance operational efficiency and member satisfaction.
  6. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to measure progress and inform decision-making.
  7. Partner with regional managers to ensure consistent execution of personal training initiatives across all locations.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of driving business growth and leading high-performing teams in the fitness or related industries.
