Strategic IT Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to join our team at SCADA International A/S. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background and be able to manage our outsourced IT setup and IT vendor.

As an IT Director, you will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction of our global IT operations and driving meaningful digital transformation. You will work closely with external providers to ensure their solutions align with our operational needs and overall IT strategy.

This is a key leadership position that requires someone who can manage our technology landscape, optimize IT infrastructure, and implement tailored IT solutions to support growth.

• IT Strategy Development: Develop and implement the IT strategy to meet our evolving business needs, including evaluating and purchasing technologies, developing implementation plans, and overseeing system integration.
• IT Infrastructure Optimization: Lead the optimization of IT infrastructure, simplifying complex systems, and aligning IT initiatives with business objectives to support growth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to assess operational needs, implement tailored IT solutions, and improve productivity.
• IT System Administration: Manage the administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems to ensure stability and minimal downtime.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 5 years of experience in IT management. They should have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and drive innovation.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Our company also offers a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
