- Attribution Modeling: Develop an attribution model (MMM) for marketing and the rest of the organization to optimize spend across markets and channels.
- Correlation and Causality Analysis: Conduct correlation and causality analysis on channels and campaigns to inform marketing strategies.
- Relevant Education or Experience: Hold a degree in Science, Technology, Economics, or Mathematics, or have relevant professional experience.
- Time Series Analysis: Have experience with time series analysis and state space modeling.
- Marketing Experience: Have prior experience working with marketing teams.
- Database Systems: Be proficient in database systems, including SQL, and have knowledge of Azure Data Lake, Databricks Delta Lake.
- ETL Skills: Have experience with ETL skills, including Apache Airflow, Spark/Databricks, and Kafka.
- Git: Be familiar with Git.
- Communication Skills: Have the ability to present data in an understandable way and possess strong verbal and written English skills.
