About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Interaction Design Lead to join our Global Customer Experience and Solution Design Team at Roche Diagnostics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the User Experience and User Interface Design efforts to reimagine software and web services for laboratories and hospitals.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement user-centered design strategies to create seamless patient-centric experiences across our portfolio of products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather system-level information and coordinate design deliverables.
  • Translate system requirements into compelling UX workflows and interfaces that meet modern interaction standards.
  • Advocate for accessibility, standards, and usability, and mentor junior designers to ensure high-quality design deliverables.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in providing design direction to deliver exceptional digital products.
  • Strong grasp of design system applications and shared design libraries.
  • Excellent abilities in user-centric design, interaction design, visual design, and motion design.
  • Proficient in Figma, components libraries, and interactive prototyping.
  • Experience in creating, facilitating, and analyzing workshops and co-design sessions with customers and stakeholders.
