This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, creating structure, and handling various tasks. As a seasoned professional, you'll oversee project controls, including cost controlling procedures, forecasting, and monthly reporting to customers.

You will lead all financial issues in a holistic perspective, directing 3-5 people within the project organization. Your daily responsibilities may include managing project performance reports, planning cash flow, following up on milestones, bonus/penalty, risk, forecast of project staffing and procurement items, Earned Value Management, and Profit & Loss calculation.

To succeed in this role, you must have extensive experience in project controls, ideally from the pharmaceutical, biotech, food, or chemical industry. Familiarity with Project Planning, Project Risk Management, and Tender/Contract Management is also essential. Proficiency in using PIMS, NAV, SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
