Inventory Control Specialist

As an Inventory Control Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and security of our inventory. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the highest standards of inventory management, from transaction documentation to system review.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily guidance and leadership to a small team of inventory control technicians
  • Forecast data center consumable inventory needs in collaboration with the planning team
  • Collaborate with local cross-functional teams and with peers in remote locations to improve and standardize processes
  • Conduct physical inventories and lead cycle counts
  • Analyze and correct cycle count discrepancies

Requirements:

  • Prior inventory management and/or supply chain experience
  • Familiarity with ERP and manual inventory practices
  • Ability to communicate and execute in a fast-paced environment
  • Process improvement and standardization
  • Experience working with multifunctional teams and providing peer leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP, Excel, inventory management software, and inventory tracking practices
