Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong academic background in Biotechnology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 8+ years of experience in quality of the pharmaceutical or medical industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality strategies, control processes, and techniques for measuring and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex and critical issues effectively to high-level stakeholders and management.
