We are looking for a talented Global Supply Chain Integration Specialist to join our team at Novo Nordisk A/S. As a key member of our supply chain department, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of our global supply chain operations.
About the Job:
- You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining productive partnerships with stakeholders, providing transparent status reporting and fostering an engaging and trustful collaboration.
- Monitor site performance and supply chain KPIs, aligning them with company-wide standards and participating in cross-functional meetings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including production teams and logistics providers.
- Drive process improvements and optimizations, facilitating supply chain projects and ensuring stakeholder input for effective solution implementation.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or a similar field is required.
- 5+ years of relevant experience within a supply chain department and/or planning department is essential.
- Relevant experience working in a production site within the pharmaceutical industry is a must.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
