We are looking for an experienced Agile Team Facilitator to join our team at Pandora A/S in Copenhagen. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our agile teams by facilitating their improvement and delivery.

The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of Agile methodologies and leadership behaviours, as well as experience working in scaled Agile setups with multiple teams collaborating on the same product. They will also possess strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a servant leadership mindset.

Key responsibilities will include coaching team members, product managers, and leadership to improve Agile mindset and ways of working; guiding teams in refining and prioritizing their backlog; removing impediments; and ensuring they track their work, dependencies, and risks.
