About the Job

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you'll own and manage multiple recruitment projects from start to finish. You'll conduct efficient search and selection processes to assess candidate skills and organizational fit, facilitate and conduct candidate interviews and presentations, and partner with hiring managers to align candidate profiles with business needs.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports throughout the hiring process.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for recruitment. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Communication, Human Resources Management, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience in recruitment A to Z.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Danish.
