Job Description
This is a full-time, permanent role with a hybrid working setup – you'll be in the office around 2–3 days a week, collaborating with a passionate local team.
You'll play a key role in making sure our trips are not just memorable, but also well-priced, well-run, and packed with purpose.
Supporting the Contracting Manager, you'll help secure great rates, build strong supplier relationships, and contribute to the creation of new and exciting products.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in contracting, pricing, negotiations, and managing supplier relationships
- Strong understanding of the travel industry in North Europe, with personal or professional travel experience in the region
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools, plus experience using travel reservation systems
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support commercial decision-making
- Fluency in English (additional Northern European languages are a bonus)
