Radiometer empowers caregivers to make informed diagnostic decisions, improving patient care and outcomes. To drive this mission forward, we are seeking a Senior Production Manager who will oversee the instrument value stream producing the ABL90 instrument.

This product is a growing headline in diagnostic devices for Blood gas analysis. The production involves manual assembly, including test stations and hand tools. Mechanical and electronic parts are assembled, and all components are delivered ready for assembly. Packing and delivery to Finish Goods stock are part of this area.

This position is part of Manufacturing and Operations located in Brønshøj and requires on-site presence. As the Value Stream Manager, you will lead the ABL90 Instruments Team, comprising Engineers, Technicians & indirect Operators, and report to the Director, Instruments Value Group.

In this role, you will:
  • Drive focus on quality and improve flow and lead time to increase production capacity meeting growing demand following LEAN principles.
  • Daily manage production activities in close collaboration with your team of material planning, technical support, and team leaders for operators.
  • Maintain a healthy and safe working environment through improvement and maintenance efforts.
  • Interact with internal stakeholders influencing team objectives, such as Engineering, Supply chain, Procurement, R&D, and Quality functions.
  • Collaborate with sister production in Radiometer Suzhou, China.
  • Ensure new product introduction success on Quality, Delivery, and Cost objectives, supporting our core value Innovation defines our future.
The essential requirements include:
  • Bachelor or master's degree in Mechanical/Production/Electronic Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience from a production environment.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing a team of production support and operators.
  • Production/project planning experience.
  • Desire and motivation to work in a LEAN culture.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to actively work with change management.
  • Fluent Danish and English language skills.
