Formulation Specialist

About the Role

As a Formulation Specialist at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for providing support to operators, conducting systematic problem-solving, and preparing deviations and other documents. You will also optimize workflows and processes, update documents, and conduct related training. Additionally, you will produce operational reports and perform ongoing validations of equipment and processes.

Requirements

• Holds a degree in engineering, pharmacy, or a related field.
• Has experience with GMP production and a good understanding of IT.
• Is a strong communicator, both written and verbal, in Danish and English.
• Is flexible, resilient, and possesses exceptional determination.
• Is structured, quality-conscious, and engaged in their work while maintaining an overview when handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

About the Department

Our production is rapidly evolving, and we work daily with the intense pace that production entails, as well as optimizing production and related equipment and processes to keep up with the development we face. The factory's product portfolio covers a large part of all diabetes and obesity preparations, including both marketed products and late-phase clinical products.
