We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead global sales efforts for Alfa Laval's mining decanter solutions. This role reports to the Head of Process Sales and will be based in Copenhagen, Denmark or Lund, Sweden.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a diverse, high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and customer expectations.
- Develop and expand the sales pipeline, overseeing structured follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Alfa Laval's global sales companies, ensuring alignment on key sales initiatives.
- Work closely with Service and Execution teams to enhance the customer experience and after-sales support.
Your Skills and Experience
You are a highly motivated sales professional with a strong customer focus and a results-driven mindset. Proven experience 5+ years in sales leadership, managing diverse teams to exceed targets and customer expectations. You have strong knowledge of mining operations and sustainability challenges, allowing you to position our solutions effectively. You possess excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including executive decision-makers.
