Ascendis Pharma is a fast-growing biopharmaceutical company with a strong presence in Europe and the United States. We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Legal Counsel to join our team and contribute to the company's growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and a passion for the life science industry. They will be responsible for supporting the establishment and maintenance of legal entities in EU and US, drafting corporate documents, and coordinating with external legal advisors.

The Corporate Legal Counsel will also support various types of corporate transactions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve extraordinary results. They will be part of the Group Legal team at our Corporate Headquarters in Hellerup, Denmark, and report to Anders Carstensen, Head of Corporate Legal and Transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the establishment and maintenance of legal entities in EU and US.
  • Draft corporate documents and coordinate with external legal advisors.
  • Support various types of corporate transactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve extraordinary results.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will have a relevant academic degree, preferably a Master of Laws or Business Law, and at least 3 years of experience within corporate law. They will possess excellent communication skills, be a strong team player, and have a can-do attitude.
