Role Overview

We are a leading podcast and audiobook platform in Europe, seeking an experienced Global Senior Designer to join our Brand & Creative team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual expression and impact of both our brand and show brands.

Main Responsibilities
  • Still and Motion Design Projects: Develop and execute design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they align with our marketing strategies and business objectives.
  • Design Direction: Work closely with our Global ACD and CD to ensure design and visual direction, providing guidance to local designers for show brand identities.
  • Creative Frameworks: Develop and execute creative design frameworks and assets for global campaigns, ensuring adaptability while maximizing impact.
  • Show Activations/Campaigns: Design engaging visuals for various channels, including photo and video shoots.
Key Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Designer or very hands-on Art Director within media, entertainment, or a similar creative industry.
  • Brand Identity Development: Experience in developing brand identities.
  • Design Skills: Expertise in still and motion design, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with Figma or similar design tools.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and markets.
