IT Infrastructure Specialist

Emply Denmark, a leading player in the power generation industry, is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to support and further develop our complex IT infrastructure serving 800 colleagues worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain our Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Provide expert-level technical support to our internal teams, addressing any IT-related issues efficiently.
• Plan and implement improvements to our systems, guaranteeing a stable, secure, and up-to-date server environment.
• Design and deploy software solutions, upgrades, and new technologies.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation related to our IT infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in similar positions, with expertise in user and technical support.
• A solid background in IT infrastructure, with a focus on 365, Teams, SharePoint, Windows server management, and virtualization technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• A relevant educational background in IT is required.

Benefits:

• An estimated salary: ₺80,000 - ₺110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
