Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our growing Ship Supply division in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with current and prospective customers, managing negotiation and renegotiation of annual contracts, and overseeing the productivity and supervisory matters of the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through visits, follow-up communications, and events to ensure Wrist remains the preferred supplier.
  • Keep customers updated on new products and services, as well as any other relevant information to build long-term, healthy customer relationships.
  • Manage the negotiation and renegotiation of annual contracts to achieve the best possible mix of profitability, growth, and account penetration.
  • Oversee the productivity and supervisory matters of the Sales team, including performance, development, and employment matters.
  • Conduct territory/market analysis for potential opportunities and meet sales targets and gross profit levels related to the yearly budget.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A minimum of five years of sales or customer service experience, with at least two years in a managerial position.
  • A minimum of a high school diploma; however, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a similar field is preferred.
  • Experience in the Ship Supply industry is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with business systems as an integrated part of your workday, e.g., Microsoft Office.

Salary

The estimated salary range for this role is €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
