Digital Transformation Leader for ERP Process Excellence

We are embarking on a strategic digitization programme to replace our current ERP solutions with D365 F&O across more than 20 markets and over 100 entities.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ERP Process Improvements Lead to join our team and drive the optimal implementation process. As part of our Core Transformation & Integrations (CT&I) Tribe, you will be responsible for managing a diverse team of dedicated individuals and driving continuous improvement of D365 F&O live entities according to prioritized scope.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Project Manager or Management Consultant who understands the importance of continuous improvement. You should be curious by nature, skilled in asking the right questions, and able to address critical matters in an effective manner. Additionally, you have strong leadership skills, the ability to enable and empower your team, and experience with D365 F&O.

As our ERP Process Improvements Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing detailed project plans, managing scope, schedules, and resources;
  • Driving process improvements using methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall;
  • Maintaining a strong focus on organizational change management frameworks;
  • Working closely with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant educational background within Business or IT;
  • At least 5 years of experience in multinational companies, preferably with a focus on Continuous Improvement or as a project manager;
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to enable and empower your team;
  • A consultancy mindset and a proven toolbox that allows you to convey solutions across all levels of an organization;
  • Experience with organizational change management frameworks and D365 F&O.

You will be a strong communicator, have highly developed collaboration skills, and be excellent at motivating people around you. You think strategically while also following up and supporting your immediate team on a day-to-day basis.
